Accommodation Terms and Conditions
These accommodation terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "these terms and conditions") set out the terms and conditions for the accommodation services provided by Shell Blue (hereinafter referred to as "this facility"). All guests using this facility (hereinafter referred to as "guests") are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These terms and conditions apply to the accommodation contract between this facility and the guest and all related matters.
Article 2 (Conclusion of Accommodation Contract)
宿泊契約は、当施設が宿泊者からの予約を承諾した時点で成立するものとします。
Article 3 (Payment of Accommodation Charges)
宿泊者は、当施設が定める宿泊料金および追加料金を、指定された方法により支払うものとします。
宿泊期間が短縮された場合であっても、短縮日数にかかわらず、当施設が定めるキャンセルポリシーに基づき料金が発生する場合があります。
Article 4 (Cancellation)
宿泊契約の解除に関する条件および違約金については、別途定めるキャンセルポリシーに従うものとします。
Article 5 (Check-in/Check-out)
チェックイン時刻は15:00以降、チェックアウト時刻は12:00までとします。
規定の時刻を超えての利用については、追加料金が発生する場合があります。
Article 6 (Refusal and Cancellation of Accommodation)
当施設は、以下の場合に宿泊契約の締結または継続をお断りすることがあります。

宿泊者が本約款またはハウスルールに違反した場合

定員を超えて利用しようとした場合

騒音、迷惑行為、危険行為が認められた場合

その他、当施設が適切でないと判断した場合
この場合、宿泊料金の返金は行いません。
Article 7 (Liability of Guests)
宿泊者は、施設および備品を善良な管理者の注意をもって使用するものとします。故意または過失により損害を与えた場合、修理費用等を請求することがあります。
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
The facility will not be held liable for any damages caused by natural disasters, transportation delays, or other reasons beyond its control.
The facility assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the theft, loss, or damage to guests' personal belongings.
Article 9 (Changes to Terms and Conditions)
These terms and conditions may be changed as necessary without prior notice.
